Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TreasureIn is operated by Konstantinos Polymenopoulos, an individual developer, Kastraki 5, Astros, 22001, Greece. Email: smartidioktisia@gmail.com. By creating a key or buying anything you accept these terms.

2. What TreasureIn is

TreasureIn is where adults create a key, log in, and buy tickets or credit for pay-as-you-go AI apps that accept a key. There is no monthly subscription. You must be 18 or older to create a key or buy.

3. Keys and credit

Credit comes in three kinds: TGSilver (text), TGGold (files and images) and TGCobalt (voice). Credit does not expire. Keep your key private and do not share it publicly: you are responsible for its use. Which apps accept a key can change over time.

4. Prices and payment

Tickets and credit packages, with their prices in euro, are shown on the site. Payment is made on Stripe's checkout page and is processed by Stripe. Credit is added to your account after the payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds and lost keys

You may ask for a refund of unused credit within 14 days of purchase by emailing us. Credit that has already been used cannot be refunded.
If you lose your key, email us with your purchase details (never send the full key by email). We will try to issue a new key and transfer the remaining credit.
These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under EU or national law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to break, reverse engineer or exploit the service, not to attempt to obtain credit without paying, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms others or the service.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or improve the service. We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
